mistake is a noun and it is countable "ie we can count it" . So after any it should be plural !

...I have been married for six months now.

we present perfect in two ways:

1. To describe actions beginning in the past and continuing up to the present moment(and probably into the future)
2. To refer to actions occurring or not occurring at an unspecified time in the past with some kind of connection to the present.

So in the above example he got married in the past(6 months ago) and he is still married and hopefully will stay that way in the future time. That is case number 1.

We should say: I have been married for six months.

or, if you want to refer to the exact time when you got married, past simple then is the case.

I got married six months ago.

Some notes for our user Sahar,

1. Always start your sentence with a capital letter.
2. Names are always capitalized.
3. Verbs ending in "Y" if it's preceded by a single consonant after adding a suffix except "ing" you change "y" to "i" before adding the suffix. And if the suffix is a third person "s" you change "y" to "ies"
4. Please check the spell before hitting send.
So your sentence should be like this:

Hello. I'm Sahar. I'm 25 from Tehran. I'm studying in Azad University. Thanks.

Sahar and you almost have the same mistakes, Shiraz is a name so it is always capitalized and so is English.

1. kindly is an adverb, you should say kind.
2. suggest is a verb, you should say suggestions.
3. students , what is that apostrophe for? You also used it forguidlines, subjects, articles, and mistakes.
