Discussion center on top

I prefer to have "Discussion center" to get freeze on the top of other Forums, how can I do it? And, I feel that this one should be arranged to stick on top, since it appears to be visited more frequently than other ones.

the speed of loading of web page is not good
and i also have problem for saving my username and pasword by this site
Next time please start your own thread instead of hijacking another's.
It is suggested that you use Firefox and the option it gives to remember the password will solve the problem somehow. Let us know if there are still any problems.
