What are the available books for this purpose?

Frequently, people ask me to introduce them a book which deals with selective and categorized daily conversations. Generally, the people who ask for this book are the ones whose English is at intermediate level and they wish to have lots of conversational sentences in different situation; how to apologize? How to invite? How to reject an offer politely? How to complain and etc.

Actually, I recommend them to finish an English Course book with which they will learn most of their needed daily conversational templates, but unfortunately most of them are in such hurry that they don’t like to spend the needed time to go through a course book. The only book I can remember is “express American” or something like that, I’m not sure about the title of the book but it looks much like the one I described people are looking for.

So, which book/s do you recommend? Please refer to the books which are available on the market.

I went to the Market and I found not much, just that old but still useful book called "International Expressways" by Steven J. Molinsky & Bill Bliss. [2500 Tomans along with a CD]

And, another book, "Situational Conversations" Book1. Though this book is two years old, but there's not next levels (2 and 3, . . . ) to the Book! [Didn't buy it. Later perhaps]
