Today I am starting a new requirement for getting attached files and that is based on users' post count. This means you have to have a minimum number of posts and of course useful posts to be able to see and get attachments. Please remember as this system is active now, posts with no content, spam posts and posts just made to raise the number will get infractions. Moreover, if this goes official all posts with no or limited content made for getting attachments will be deleted.
