Activator and Collocation Dictionary for PPC

Does anyone know about any Collocation and Activator (word finder) dictionary for Pocket PC (WM6.1)?
As far as I know there is at least one in the market, but so far I haven't managed to obtain a cracked version. this is the link of aforesaid dictionary:

Does that need any crack? I think it has only some restrictions and you can use it for free.

I'm positive. there is not even a trial version for this dictionary, you can only download a sample from the original site. there is a version in EFLMaster.com, but it is faulty, I tried in both on my PPC and computer, it causes crash. maybe it's a bilingual version and contains an unsupported language. I'm not sure.
