Well to tell you the truth the same story happened to me too, we had a good relationship but then it was over, I don't want to tell the story but I am trying not to hate anybody, it is damn too difficult for we grew up to hate, I mean we live in a society of hatred. But as I said I don't want to chain myself to that belief I am trying to forgive people even they are to blame.

Yeah, and tonight I got into a fight with this creature. Well, first I got so rough, but little by little I understood that it was not me. So I calmed down and finally who gave up? Yes, me! You know, though I did not achieve anything important in this quarrel but now I am more relaxed than before.

Still I can not think clearly enough, but I do recommend every reader not to think even about any kind of debate. Just relax and take everything easy. That's it if you want to live a life.

Well,You refuse to forgive, and you suffer. He doesn't get anything, he doesn't get the bad taste, or upset , nor he lose anything. It is no wonder that we are advised to "forgive those who trespass against us!"
It is the only way we get to that calmness you mentioned.
