Do you wiki on internet?
A question about the contexts and style of writings on Wikipedia website!
First of all, I wish to express my gratitude to everyone at Wikipedia organization. I really enjoy and gain benefit from their encyclopedic contents on the website. Let's be fair and sound honest to say that words come short to explain the merits and benefits of their articles and informative subjects.
I'm truly amazed at seeing that throughout the whole contents of their websites and articles we see a unique style of writing and context which is very professional and articulate. My question is that despite of so many writers and contributors, how dose Wikipedia edit, adjust and keep up this unique style of writing and context all over the contents of the website?
It has been always a surprise and after pondering on that, to come to this judgment that surely it is a painstaking job to monitor and bring to a unique style all those texts, and contents receiving from so many sources.
Why am I surprised? Because even by getting help from more than 100 editors – assuming that all are professional in their jobs – still each reserves personal style of writing which is grammatically and literally sound and correct but in a different taste and gusto, and doing a final editing and giving out a unique style with this massive volume of texts and contents surely is no picnic but a feat and masterpiece.
A penny for your thoughts!
